Shortly after registering my company, I bought a color printer. Unfortunately I hadn't done enough research before buying it, the toner was overpriced and after 5 months I was almost out of toner, I experienced my first paper jams and incomprehensible error messages. I found myself crouching in my hallway with my head in the printer as if I were repairing an engine...

After several generations of cursing it, I decided to look for a printer. I started with one of those stores where you can make photocopies and print theses.

I wasn't organized, I had documents all over the place, I had stale pockets, nothing was in order, I didn't look professional at all! After waiting a few days, I came to pick up my prints, but they weren't ready.

The next day they told me they'd had problems with my photo paper and had taken it upon themselves to print my designs in CMYK when I'd specifically asked for them to be in RGB (as they were closer to the original color). The prints were of poor quality (ink smudges, colors that didn't match the originals), in fact they were specialists in printing text but not images.

I continued my search and found a real printer. This time I had bought folders to organize my prints. Thanks to my previous fiasco, I gained experience and was able to ask the right questions and make precise requests about paper weight, format and colors. Some of my designs didn't have names, so I gave them one so I could communicate better with my printer.

They showed me test prints, which were magnificent, at a very reasonable price, and what's more, they worked quickly. It was moving to see "About Dreams", "Doll", "Yatagarasu" and "J" materialize...

It made me feel like a boss!
