What type of delivery do you offer?

For International and European deliveries I use the international priority letter service with tracking. Some shipments can take up to 10 to 12 days, depending on the speed of customs services.

For deliveries in France (overseas departements and Monaco) I use the tracked letter service (delivery in 3 days).

Can I pay in several instalments?

Yes, thanks to the KLARNA services you can pay in several instalments.

What can i do if there is a problem with my order ?

Please send an email with your order number ( you can find it in your email confirmation ) and a description of the issue to: contact@imagomira.store and I will be back to you as soon as I can .

What is your Return Policy ?

In accordance with the french law of January 6, 1988, the client has a withdrawal period of 14 clear days from the receipt of the ordered products to return any item that does not suit him/her/they, in its original packaging and in good condition, for exchange or refund. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must fill in the withdrawal form which will be provided to you at the time of your purchase. IMAGO MIRA shall reimburse you for the sums paid, without penalty, within 14 days, except for the cost of return (Article L121-20 of the French Consumer Code).

The form or your declaration on plain paper must be sent to the seller at: contact@imagomira.store (specifying the date of purchase, the date of receipt, your order number, the quantity of items, your name, your address, your signature and the date on which you sign the document) before the end of the 14-day period. You do not have to justify your decision.

The product must then be returned to the seller within a maximum of 14 days after sending your withdrawal. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Beyond the retraction period, any return of a product, whether it is for the amicable settlement of a claim or for any other reason, must be formally agreed upon between you and IMAGO MIRA.

Why are there pre-orders at certain times of the year?

There are pre-orders at certain times of the year because my suppliers are closed during that period and I don't want to make too much stock.

Rest assured that at the end of these periods your orders will be delivered quickly.

What do you mean by handmade?

I mean by ” handmade” all non-manufactures products that require human intervention (mine and not that of exploited minors!) for cutting,

gluing etc.

What do I do if i receive a defective order ?

If you receive a defective product let me know by mail to: contact@imagomira.store and it will be refunded and replaced as soon as possible.

Can I cancel my order once it is validated ?

It depends on the progress of the process, I always try to send your orders as fast as possible but if I have not yet deposited your order at the post office then it ‘s still possible! Send me an email to : contact@imagomira.store quickly if you want me to intervene in time.

Do you offer shipping costs ?

Shipping costs are not free, they’re not included in the price of the product, you must pay these costs in addition to the price of the chosen product;

however I have made sure that the costs are resonable and affordable for you.

Do you deliver in my country?

IMAGO MIRA delivers in Algeria, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, China, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France (including Corsica and Monaco), in the French overseas departments and territories, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Mauritania, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Morocco, Tunisia, United Kingdom, USA.
